Caring Companions
Caring Companions is a joint effort between St. Alphonsus and The Ivy, a nearby assisted living facility. The program launched at the end of 2010, bringing together interested volunteers of all ages with seniors who would enjoy the companionship. We are currently working on building the volunteer base as well as developing initial activities for the program.
Join us and become a volunteer. Your visits can be a welcome surprise to those who might be lonely. Families with children are also welcome to volunteer.
