The St. Alphonsus Choir sings from the whole of the Church's musical treasury, accompanied by the organ. (The choir sings from September through Corpus Christi.)

The St. Alphonsus Ensemble sings a variety of musical styles, including those with a more contemporary flair. They are accompanied by piano, drum, strings and wind instruments. (The ensemble sings from September through Corpus Christi.)
